4. Certification & Exam Disclaimer

6. User Eligibility

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality, all activity under your account, and preventing unauthorized access. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

AITechJ may suspend or terminate accounts showing suspicious usage patterns, including multiple IP abuse, content scraping, and credential sharing.

8. License to Use Content

When you purchase or access a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may NOT:

• Share login credentials
• Resell content
• Record or redistribute videos
• Upload materials to other platforms
• Use content commercially

All intellectual property remains owned by AITechJ.

9. Payments & Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes may apply based on jurisdiction. Access is granted only after successful payment confirmation. Promotional pricing may expire at any time. AITechJ is not responsible for payment gateway errors.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Your bank or card statement will show charges from YS Infomatics Pty Ltd.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, course purchases are generally non-refundable once access is granted. Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional cases. Refund abuse may result in permanent account suspension. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

11. Subscription Terms (If Applicable)

Subscriptions renew automatically. You must cancel before renewal. No partial refunds for unused periods. Failure of payment may result in service suspension. All subscription charges will appear on your statement as YS Infomatics Pty Ltd.

12. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots or automation tools
• Scrape course materials
• Upload malicious software
• Harass other users
• Violate intellectual property laws

Violation may result in immediate suspension, permanent termination, or legal action.

13. AI Tools Disclaimer (If Applicable)

AITechJ may provide AI-powered tools. You acknowledge that AI responses may contain inaccuracies, AI outputs are informational only, and AI does not replace professional advice. AITechJ is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on AITechJ is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution may result in legal action.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

AITechJ collects limited personal data to provide services, process payments, improve platform performance, and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data. 16. Platform Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices. AITechJ is not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, technical issues, or third-party failures.

17. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for hosting, payments, email services, CAPTCHA, and security. We are not responsible for third-party policies or failures.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITechJ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of income, failed exams, career setbacks, data loss, business interruption, or emotional distress. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AITechJ harmless from claims arising out of violation of these Terms, misuse of content, unauthorized sharing, or illegal activities.

20. Force Majeure

AITechJ is not liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, war, cyber attacks, or power outages.

21. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Australia. Courts in Melbourne shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless arbitration applies.

By purchasing digital content and receiving immediate access, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and waive the 14-day cancellation right where permitted by law.

24. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Where permitted, liability is limited to re-supplying services.

25. Enterprise Clients

Enterprise agreements may include separate contractual terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, liability remains capped, no unlimited indemnification applies, and seat-based licensing applies.

26. Termination

AITechJ may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated, fraud is detected, payment disputes arise, or abuse of services occurs. Termination may occur without refund.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

28. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. When material changes are made, users will be required to re-accept the updated Terms on next login.
